1. Returns

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

3. Exchanges

• We offer free replacements for defective or damaged items

• If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund
